KettleForge supplies cast iron pizza pans to cookware brands, pizza-oven and outdoor brands, kitchen retailers and e-commerce sellers — flat round pans with loop handles and deeper pan-pizza pans, pre-seasoned and packed with your branding. Pizza pan formats

  • Flat round pizza pans — a low rim and two loop handles, around 12–15 in; used like a baking stone or steel.
  • Pan-pizza / deep-dish pans — straight walls around 1½–2 in high, about 10–12 in across, for thick, crispy-edged pizza.
  • Square and rectangular pans — for sheet-style pizza and focaccia; sizes per design.
  • Pizza-oven pans — compact pans with short handles sized to fit portable outdoor pizza ovens; dimensions set to the buyer’s oven.

Design notes: rim, handles, weight

The rim height decides whether the pan slides a pizza on and off like a stone or holds a deep crust. Loop handles must clear oven doors and pizza-oven openings. A flat 14 in round pan weighs roughly 7–9 lb (3.2–4.1 kg) as a planning figure, depending on thickness; confirmed per SKU. Pizza pans are usually pre-seasoned bare cast iron because of the high heat of grills and pizza ovens.

Pizza bundles

Pizza pans bundle well with a peel, a rocker cutter, a chainmail scrubber and a recipe card — or with a griddle for grill accessories ranges. See OEM & private label.

Frequently asked questions

What size cast iron pizza pan should we offer?

Flat rounds around 14 in are the usual core size; 12 in fits smaller ovens and pizza ovens, and 10–12 in deep pans cover pan-style pizza.

Can you size a pan to our pizza oven?

Yes — send the oven opening and stone dimensions and we size the pan and handles to fit.

Is a cast iron pizza pan better than a stone?

It stores heat in a similar way and is far less prone to cracking than a stone, but it is heavier and needs seasoning care. Many buyers offer both.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the item, finish (pre-seasoned or enameled, enamel color), logo method and packaging — stock patterns with a laser-marked logo in neutral packaging start lower than new cast-in logos, custom enamel colors or printed retail boxes. Lead time depends on the pattern, finish and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.

Is your cookware certified or tested for food contact?

We do not display certification badges or publish test results on this site. Food-contact documentation and testing are arranged per the buyer’s market requirements and confirmed per order: tell us the destination market and sales channel, and we confirm on the quotation which documentation and third-party testing can be arranged for your specific SKUs. See the export documentation section of our specs guide.
