OEM & private label cast iron cookware your brand on dutch ovens, skillets, griddles, bakeware and sets

Launch or extend a cast iron line under your own brand without running a foundry. KettleForge handles pattern selection, logo tooling, seasoning or enamel finishing, packaging and production for dutch ovens, camp ovens, skillets, grill pans, woks, griddles, bakeware, cookware sets and accessories — you own the brand and the customer.

  • Existing patterns or new designs from your drawings
  • Cast-in logo, laser marking or branded knobs
  • Pre-seasoned or enameled in your colors
  • No certification or test claims made on your behalf

How an OEM program runs

  1. Brief: items, sizes, finish, target market and channel, price point, quantities and the documentation your market requires.
  2. Specification: we propose patterns (existing or new), weights, finishes, logo method and packaging, and quote by SKU.
  3. Tooling: a cast-in logo or a new shape needs pattern / mold work, quoted separately; laser marking needs no casting tooling.
  4. Samples: stock samples, then pre-production samples with your logo, finish, color and packaging.
  5. Artwork & inserts: box dielines, care and use instructions, barcodes; you approve every proof.
  6. Production & inspection: casting, finishing and packing with pre-shipment inspection; third-party inspection welcome.
  7. Shipping: FOB or other terms as agreed; mixed containers possible.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for private label cast iron?

MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — a stock pattern with a laser-marked logo in neutral packaging starts lower than a cast-in logo, a new shape, a custom enamel color or a printed gift box.

Can we mix several items in one order?

Yes. Mixed containers of dutch ovens, skillets, griddles, bakeware, sets and accessories are common.

Who owns the logo tooling?

Your brand artwork remains yours. Ownership of custom patterns and logo tooling is agreed per project.

Can you match our enamel color?

Yes — send a color standard and we match it at the sample stage.

Is your cookware certified or tested for food contact?

We do not display certification badges or publish test results on this site. Food-contact documentation and testing are arranged per the buyer’s market requirements and confirmed per order: tell us the destination market and sales channel, and we confirm on the quotation which documentation and third-party testing can be arranged for your specific SKUs.
