Cast iron grill pans · private label
Cast iron grill pans ridged pans that put grill marks on the stovetop
A cast iron grill pan brings sear lines indoors: raised ribs lift food out of the fat while the heavy base holds heat. KettleForge supplies square and round grill pans, matching grill presses and reversible grill/griddle plates to cookware brands, kitchen retailers and e-commerce sellers — pre-seasoned or enameled, with your logo and packaging. It sits in our cast iron skillet range.
- Square (~10½–11 in) and round (~10¼–12 in) pans
- Ribs sized for clear sear marks; pour spouts
- Matching cast iron grill / panini press
- Pre-seasoned or enameled, your logo
Grill pan formats
- Square grill pans — the classic format, around 10½–11 in, with a long handle and helper handle; most efficient use of the burner.
- Round grill pans — skillet-shaped, around 10¼–12 in, sharing handles and boxes with your skillet line.
- Dual-handle and deep grill pans — two loop handles for ovens and serving.
- Reversible grill/griddle plates — ribs one side, flat the other, spanning one or two burners; see cast iron griddles.
- Grill and panini presses — flat or ribbed cast iron presses with a wood or coil handle, sold alone or bundled.
Rib height, spacing and drainage
The rib profile decides how a grill pan performs and how easy it is to clean. Taller ribs keep food further from rendered fat but need more cleaning; closer spacing gives more sear lines. Pour spouts at the corners drain fat. We set rib height and spacing per design at the sample stage. A chainmail scrubber or a ribbed pan scraper is a natural add-on for cleaning between ribs.
Pre-seasoned or enameled grill pans
Pre-seasoned grill pans go from stovetop to outdoor grill. Enameled grill pans — usually with a matte black enamel cooking surface and a colored exterior — match an enameled range. Weight is significant: a pre-seasoned square grill pan of about 10½ in is roughly 6–7 lb (2.7–3.2 kg) as a planning figure, confirmed per SKU.

Frequently asked questions
Square or round grill pan — which sells better?
Square pans give more grilling area per burner and are the classic format; round pans share boxes and handles with your skillets. Many ranges carry one of each size class.
Can you supply a matching grill press?
Yes — flat or ribbed cast iron presses with wood or coil handles, sold alone or bundled with the pan.
Is a grill pan the same as a griddle?
No. A grill pan has raised ribs; a griddle is flat. Reversible plates combine both — see cast iron griddles.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the item, finish (pre-seasoned or enameled, enamel color), logo method and packaging — stock patterns with a laser-marked logo in neutral packaging start lower than new cast-in logos, custom enamel colors or printed retail boxes. Lead time depends on the pattern, finish and season. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Is your cookware certified or tested for food contact?
We do not display certification badges or publish test results on this site. Food-contact documentation and testing are arranged per the buyer’s market requirements and confirmed per order: tell us the destination market and sales channel, and we confirm on the quotation which documentation and third-party testing can be arranged for your specific SKUs. See the export documentation section of our specs guide.
