Ordering, OEM & wholesale
Does KettleForge sell to consumers?
No. We are a B2B supplier for cookware brands, kitchen and department-store retailers, outdoor and camping brands, restaurant and foodservice suppliers, distributors and e-commerce sellers. Consumers should buy from our customers’ retail channels.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on the item, finish, logo method and packaging. Mixed orders across categories are welcome — see wholesale and the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Can I put my own brand on the cookware?
Yes. Cast-in or laser-marked logos, enamel colors, branded knobs and handle covers, care booklets and retail gift boxes are covered in our OEM & private label program.
Is your cookware certified?
We do not display certification badges or publish test results on this site. Food-contact documentation and testing are arranged per the buyer’s market requirements and confirmed per order — tell us your market and we confirm on the quotation what can be arranged.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.
What is the minimum order for private label cast iron?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — a stock pattern with a laser-marked logo in neutral packaging starts lower than a cast-in logo, a new shape, a custom enamel color or a printed gift box.
Can we mix several items in one order?
Yes. Mixed containers of dutch ovens, skillets, griddles, bakeware, sets and accessories are common.
Who owns the logo tooling?
Your brand artwork remains yours. Ownership of custom patterns and logo tooling is agreed per project.
Can you match our enamel color?
Yes — send a color standard and we match it at the sample stage.
Do you have price tiers?
Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation.
Do you supply restaurants and foodservice distributors?
Yes — serving skillets, sizzle plates, griddles, large dutch ovens and pizza pans in bulk packs. Documentation for your market is confirmed per order.
Can you ship to my warehouse?
Shipping terms are agreed per order; FOB is typical, other terms can be discussed.
Which markets do you serve?
This site focuses on the US market; we also quote other destinations. Tell us your market and its requirements.
How do I get a catalog?
Request it through the inquiry form with your business details.
Cast Iron Dutch Ovens
Pre-seasoned or enameled — which dutch oven should we stock?
Pre-seasoned bare cast iron is rugged, lower in price and goes on the grill or campfire; enameled is ready to use without seasoning, suits acidic dishes and sells on color. Many brands carry both. Our specs guide compares them.
What dutch oven sizes sell best?
In the US, 5–6 qt round is the usual core size; 2–3 qt and 7 qt round out a range, and oval shapes add variety. We quote any size in our patterns and new sizes on request.
Does every dutch oven come with a lid?
Yes. Lids are cast iron (self-basting drip points under the lid are a common option), tempered glass with a stainless rim, or enameled cast iron to match the body; fit is set per diameter.
What is the difference between this and a camping dutch oven?
A kitchen dutch oven has a flat base and a domed lid for stovetop and oven use. A camping dutch oven stands on three legs over coals, has a flanged lid that holds coals on top and a wire bail handle for hanging.

Cast Iron Skillets
Which skillet sizes should a new range include?
10¼ in and 12 in are the core sizes; 8 in and a 3-piece skillet set are common additions. Mini skillets suit foodservice and gift sets.
Do you offer cast iron skillet lids?
Yes. Lids are cast iron (self-basting drip points under the lid are a common option), tempered glass with a stainless rim, or enameled cast iron to match the body; fit is set per diameter.
Can the interior be machined smooth?
Yes, at extra cost per SKU. Smooth-milled interiors are a common premium feature; as-cast texture is the standard.
Do you make enameled cast iron skillets?
Yes — black or light interior enamel with exterior colors matched to your range.
Do you supply carbon steel pans?
This site focuses on cast iron. Carbon steel pans can be quoted as separate SKUs if you list them in your brief.

Cast Iron Griddles
What is the best-selling cast iron griddle format?
Reversible grill/griddle plates spanning two burners are the usual core SKU; round griddles and single-burner squares round out a range.

Do you supply sizzle plates for restaurants?
Yes — oval or rectangular cast iron sizzle plates with wooden underliners, quoted in foodservice packs.
Is a griddle different from a grill pan?
A griddle is flat; a grill pan has raised ribs. Reversible plates offer both.
Cast Iron Bakeware
Which cast iron bakeware items sell best?
Loaf (bread) pans and pizza pans are the core searches in the US; cornbread wedge pans are strong regional sellers.
Can bakeware be enameled?

Cast Iron Cookware Sets
What goes in a typical cast iron cookware set?
A skillet, a dutch oven with lid and a griddle is the classic starter set; family sets add more skillet sizes. We list exact contents on the box.
How are piece counts calculated?
Retail conventions vary — some count lids and accessories as pieces. We follow your convention and state contents clearly on the packaging.
Can a set mix enameled and seasoned pieces?
Yes, though most sets keep one finish so the pieces look like a family.
What is the difference from a skillet set?
A skillet set is skillets only; a cookware set mixes item types.
